Aaron Glasson and Celeste Byers met in Sri Lanka last April and soon after began collaborating on murals, illustrations, and video projects during their travels in Vietnam, Mexico, California, and Hawaii. This selection of work celebrates their time spent together and apart, working both as individuals and as a team.
Celeste Byers is an avid ocean worshipper, dream recaller, and nature enthusiast from San Diego, California. Her work combines inspiration from the natural world and subconscious mind, taking form in a variety of mediums including sculptural installations, film and animation, paintings, drawings, music, and murals.
She works as an artist and illustrator for a variety of people and companies including the New York Times, PangeaSeed, Sea Stoke Magazine, Lucky Peach Magazine, and the Honolulu Museum of Art. Her murals can be found in the United States, Sri Lanka, and Mexico.
Aaron is an artist and Creative Director from Aotearoa, New Zealand who likes to document, paint, draw, and explore this wonderful planet . He works as creative director of Ocean Conservation NPO, PangeaSeed, and creates artwork, film, and design for a number of brands, organisations, and institutions around the world such as Khogy, Samsung, the Honoloulu Museum of Art, IFO Skateboards, Converse, Ought, Moss Research and 1xRun.
